HARDOX 400 ÇELİĞİNİN FARKLI İŞLEME PARAMETRELERİNDE ELEKTRO EROZYON TEZGÂHINDA BAKIR ELEKTROT İLE İŞLENEBİLİRLİĞİNİN DENEYSEL VE İSTATİKSEL OLARAK ARAŞTIRILMASI (ISAS2018-Winter_72)

ABSTRACT Hardox çelikler mükemmel aşınma direncine sahip, ultra yüksek mukavemetli, kayma ve darbe aşınmasına karşı dayanıklı
martensitik çeliklerdir. Madencilik ve inşaat mühendisliği endüstrisinde ağır makineler ana uygulama alanıdır. Bu çalışmada,
Hardox 400 çeliğinin farklı işleme parametrelerinde elektro erozyon tezgâhında bakır elektrot ile işlenebilirliği araştırılarak
yüzey pürüzlülük değerleri için en etkili parametreler deneysel ve istatiksel olarak incelenmiştir. Deneylerde kullanılacak
parametreler Taguchi L18 deneysel tasarım yöntemi kullanılarak iki farklı akım (10, 20 Amper), üç farklı vurum süresi (100,
200, 300 µs) üç farklı bekleme süresi (10, 20, 30 µs) olarak belirlenmiştir. Deneylerden elde edilen sonuçlar kendi aralarında
analiz edilerek yüzey pürüzlülük değerleri için en ideal parametreler belirlenmiştir.
