SİLO SİSTEMLERİ İÇİN CAN BUS DESTEKLİ SİLO ALAN AĞI (ISAS 2018_91)

ABSTRACT Monitoring and management of storage and material consumption processes in silo systems. In this study, a CAN BUS-based sensor network was developed for the control of silo systems, the filling and discharging of materials into silos and the protection of materials. Sensors use the ID-transport feature to send messages about CAN BUS, sorting the sensors according to their type and delivering them to the receivers. The data received from the sensors are sent together with the transmitted silo number, sensor type number and an identification number together with the transmitted messages. Sensors connected to the CAN nodes form a silo-specific SAA (Silo Area Network) with identification numbers. The basic sensor network communication standard for filling and discharging management of silo systems with SAA has been proposed. There are also 3 different methods for SAA, 11 and 29 bit silo-sensor codes using CAN 2.0 A and CAN 2.0 B versions. In the developed methods identification codes are generated for each sensor specific CAN message and identification fields for the lower level, upper level, temperature, pressure, filter, flow valve and air compressor valve used for silo control parameters. In addition, silo number and sensor identification numbers were created to separate the silos. A solution for different CAN versions was created with 3 different methods recommended.
