Determination of Qualified personnel is one of the most basic tasks of the human resources department of enterprises. Increasing industrialization and population increase the alternatives at the point of finding suitable workers. This makes it difficult to assess many criteria consistently during the evaluation of business applications. In this study, the problem of assessing candidates for an applicant in the job application process is addressed. Applications were evaluated using MOORA (MultiObjective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method, which evaluated many criteria at the same time. In the study, the MOORA method ranking of the candidate staff was obtained and the most suitable staff was selected for the enterprise.
